Is SMK Store an authorized dealer?

Yes. We are an authorized dealer for every brand in our catalog. This means your purchase qualifies for the manufacturer's full warranty, including programs like Benchmade's LifeSharp service and Leatherman's 25-year warranty.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Note that some products (automatic knives, certain tactical items) may have import restrictions depending on your country's laws. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders placed before 2 PM CST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same business day. Our same-day fulfillment rate is 97%. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping. Expedited options are available at checkout. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.

Are your products genuine?

100%. We source every product directly from the manufacturer or their authorized U.S. distributor. We do not sell gray market, counterfeit, or unauthorized inventory.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging. Contact our support team at info@smkstore.com or call 1-773-808-8886 to initiate a return.
